A sharply fuel-scented sativa from the American east coast, and one of the most recognisable cultivars by smell alone.
Sour Diesel appeared in the early 1990s and is usually given as Chemdawg crossed with Super Skunk, though other accounts circulate.
The aroma is the defining trait and unusually consistent across growers, which is rare enough to be worth noting.
