About OG Kush
The cultivar most of the modern American market is built on, with genuinely disputed origins.
OG Kush emerged in Southern California in the 1990s. The commonly given parentage is Chemdawg crossed with a Hindu Kush line, but the account is contested and no authoritative record exists.
What is not in doubt is its influence: a large share of contemporary commercial cultivars trace back to it within two or three generations.
